Requirements

Have at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
Bring strong knowledge of ITSM.
Have practical knowledge of the ITIL methodology.
Have experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Bring expert knowledge of Request Management.
Use English at a minimum C1 level in written and spoken communication.
German language knowledge is desirable.
ITSM or ITIL industry certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

Define business requirements.
Design processes in the Request Management area.
Create user stories.
Define test cases.
Prepare architecture decisions based on gathered requirements.
Guide business decisions and support stakeholders.
Lead meetings and workshops.
Provide expertise and subject-matter support.
