Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience on projects in Poland’s financial sector.
- Bring experience in the financial sector.
- Know software development processes and methodologies, including Agile Scrum.
- Use Jira, Confluence, and Jira Test Manager.
- Know data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Know process modeling tools such as BPMN and UML.
- Have experience building, developing, and exploring innovative solutions.
- Hold a relevant higher education degree in banking, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
- Be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, model, and optimize business processes.
- Gather and refine requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Prepare specifications and acceptance criteria for IT teams.
- Recommend improvements and support implementation planning.
- Coordinate communication among business teams, IT, and product owners.
- Support Product Owners and Project Managers in managing scope, backlog, and schedules.
