Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Have strong expertise implementing governance controls and managing Power Platform environments.
- Have practical experience designing and implementing DTAP environments and ALM.
- Have hands-on knowledge of Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD processes.
- Be able to configure and enforce governance policies, security controls, and access management.
- Have knowledge of platform administration, monitoring, and compliance tooling.
- Have experience managing and remediating existing Power Platform estates, including apps, flows, workspaces, reports, and semantic models.
- Have strong stakeholder communication skills and be able to balance business needs with governance requirements.
- Be fluent in Polish and English.
- Have residency in Poland.
- Nice to have: experience with AI Agents and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Nice to have: knowledge of test data management and rollback strategies for Power Platform deployments.
- Nice to have: familiarity with the Microsoft security and compliance ecosystem.
- Nice to have: previous experience with enterprise-scale Power Platform environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement and operationalize DTAP environments across Power Apps, Power BI, and AI agents, with clear access controls and release processes.
- Design and enforce Power Platform governance, including connector policies and workspace management.
- Configure and validate governance controls, and manage exceptions through a formal approval process.
- Establish and maintain ALM using solutions, source control, and deployment pipelines.
- Implement CI/CD processes with Power Platform Pipelines and/or Azure DevOps.
- Manage platform security and administration, including access management and compliance controls.
- Introduce operational ownership practices, including application inventory and lifecycle management.
- Develop governance documentation and provide training.
