Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional experience in systems analysis.
- Have 3+ years of dedicated experience supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM.
- Bring hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 Inventory Management.
- Bring hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 Order Management.
- Bring hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 Warehouse Operations.
- Bring hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 Manufacturing.
- Understand integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems, including APIs, web services, middleware, and data interfaces.
- Have a solid grasp of supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, and inventory management processes.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- Bring analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, requirements elaboration workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, and user stories, and maintain requirements traceability.
- Partner with development teams to define, validate, and evaluate solutions through impact analysis.
- Design test scenarios and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage defect triage and verify bug fixes.
- Support deployment planning, change management, and user training.
- Provide guidance to junior analysts.
