Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading large and complex IT transformation projects or programs.
- Experience delivering international ERP implementations, migrations, or system transformations.
- Practical experience leading a Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central migration, or a comparable transformation in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience coordinating multi-country rollouts and parallel project streams.
- Strong understanding of data migration, testing, cutover, and solution stabilization in large transformation programs.
- Experience defining and leading governance for complex technology programs.
- Strong program management skills covering schedule, budget, scope, risk, and dependencies.
- Experience coordinating implementation partners, external vendors, and teams across locations.
- Ability to communicate and align key topics with senior management and executives.
- Good understanding of Finance business processes.
- Ability to lead programs balancing global standards with individual country requirements.
- Very good English for communication in an international project environment.
- Availability immediately or with a notice period of no more than one month.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the global financial-system transformation from planning and migration preparation through rollout and stabilization.
- Lead the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and coordinate deployments in successive countries.
- Define and maintain governance rules and support key program decisions.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and priorities.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues affecting transformation stages.
- Coordinate parallel project streams and maintain consistency across initiatives.
- Support countries in preparing for migration and go-live.
- Coordinate data migration, testing, cutover, and system stabilization.
- Facilitate information flow between business and technology areas and external partners.
- Prepare program status updates covering risks, dependencies, and decisions needed.
