Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional experience leading or managing a team in a cloud, SRE, large-scale, or high-complexity systems environment.
- Have 5+ years of professional experience working as a software engineer.
- Have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, such as Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
- Have English and Polish language skills at C1+ level.
- Have experience developing software in C++, Go, or Python.
- Have experience building systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Have experience using an Infrastructure as Code approach, such as Terraform.
- Have experience delivering solutions with security and compliance at the center, such as designing and implementing ISO27001-related policies.
- Have a solid understanding of cloud systems and their mechanisms.
- Be able to communicate with clients in writing and verbally and translate between technical and business language.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects of international reach.
- Lead small teams of engineers, around five people per team.
- Align company goals, client expectations, and team needs.
- Design project-specific formalized procedures for recurring activities.
- Provide feedback.
- Perform cross-department tasks for other company divisions.
