Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience working with ERP systems and material master data.
- Have hands-on experience with master data management or data stewardship.
- Have experience with material creation, extension, and maintenance processes.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Be able to analyze and work with large datasets.
- Bring strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- Have experience working in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update material master records in the ERP system.
- Support setup and activation of new materials and updates to existing records.
- Analyze data requests and implement material master changes in a timely manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal data governance standards.
- Guide internal teams on material master data processes.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Quality teams.
- Participate in data validation and cleansing activities.
- Analyze operational data and support data integrity across systems.
- Support material setup processes, including pricing, costing, and product extensions where required.
- Maintain change documentation and evidence for key data attributes in line with internal controls.
