Have 7+ years of professional experience designing, building, and operating production-grade web services.
Bring a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, complexity, and concurrency.
Have extensive experience with distributed systems and distributed computing challenges.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript and experience with server-side frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
Have experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade RESTful APIs.
Know API versioning, authentication, rate limiting, pagination, and other API design best practices.
Have expertise in microservices, event-driven systems, and CQRS.
Have hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
Have SQL expertise in schema design, indexing, migrations, and performance optimization using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Be professionally proficient in written and spoken English.
Python-based backend development is highly desirable.
Experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS, and CloudWatch is an advantage.
Familiarity with MongoDB is an advantage.

Design, develop, maintain, and operate scalable web services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
Operationalize Python-based AI tools within production Node.js and Python services in collaboration with AI engineers.
Make architecture and technical decisions balancing scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Build and maintain production-grade RESTful APIs with authentication, versioning, rate limiting, and pagination.
Develop distributed systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, and CQRS patterns.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining system stability and service quality.
Own and prioritize the technical backlog and align priorities across stakeholders.
Collaborate with AI, product, frontend, QA, DevOps, and external partner teams.
Maintain technical documentation and mentor engineers through knowledge sharing and feedback.
