Requirements
- Have at least one year of office administration experience.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be proficient with Google Suite.
- Demonstrate customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be highly detail-oriented.
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have reliable high-speed internet and a backup internet option.
- One year of call/contact center or other high-volume call experience is preferred.
- Maintain a distraction-free home workspace.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment.
- Manage patient registration, scheduling, and rescheduling.
- Communicate with healthcare providers.
- Collect and document patient demographics, medical history, insurance, and appointment information.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with empathetic, solution-focused support.
- Navigate multiple systems to perform data entry, screen sharing, and patient guidance.
- Adapt to changing processes, technology, and business priorities.
- Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity, accountability, and schedule adherence.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and performance expectations.
