Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of call center experience.
- Have healthcare industry experience and an understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules.
- Know CPT and ICD-10 terminology.
- Have high-speed internet with minimum speeds stated in the posting.
- Maintain a private work area free from distractions during the workday.
- Be available for an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Be available for the starting shift of 10:30 AM–7:00 PM for an indefinite period.
- Be available to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Have effective communication skills and a professional tone and poise.
- Have proficient keyboarding skills and the ability to multitask and remain focused.
- Have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Be able to work independently and with a team.
- Complete a skills and competency assessment during the interview process.
