Requirements
- Have 3-5+ years of experience in design, visual content creation, or creative digital marketing.
- Have 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with AI image generation platforms such as Figma Weave, Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, or similar.
- Demonstrate experience producing photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product-focused visuals.
- Be proficient across AI and traditional design pipelines, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bring strong visual judgment in composition, lighting, color, typography, realism, and human anatomy.
- Be able to conduct audience or target-group research and reflect it in visuals.
- Understand performance marketing basics, including CTR, hooks, and conversion-focused creative.
- Be able to iterate quickly based on feedback and data.
- Provide a portfolio of AI-generated photorealistic visuals demonstrating quality and high-end visual sensibility.
- Have upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.
Responsibilities
- Create AI-generated visuals for performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels and landing pages.
- Produce photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product-focused visuals.
- Enhance, retouch, and extend photo-shoot imagery using AI tools.
- Generate multiple creative variations for campaign testing and scaling.
- Iterate on visual concepts using performance data and creative feedback.
- Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to align visuals with messaging and funnel logic.
- Research and test AI tools and models to improve visual asset quality.
- Prepare assets for video production and marketing funnels, and document tasks in ClickUp.
