Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Have a foundational understanding of Python.
- Have exposure to or coursework in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Demonstrate a strong interest in building chatbots and conversational AI.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda and Amazon Lex.
- Preferred: familiarity with building and consuming APIs.
- Preferred: basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for chatbot integration.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- Communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to improve conversational flow and user experience in existing Q&A systems.
- Design, develop, and deploy a customer-facing chatbot for the website landing page using AWS Lambda and Amazon Lex.
- Assist with integrating the chatbot with existing backend systems and databases.
- Test and debug chatbot functionality to support smooth user interactions.
- Document the chatbot’s architecture and functionalities.
- Stay updated on conversational AI and AWS services.
