Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Have 8+ years of experience building and supporting highly distributed software applications.
- Have 3+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams.
- Have 3+ years of project management experience delivering successful software releases.
- Have deep experience with Microsoft .NET (C#) or Java.
- Have experience designing, building, or integrating AI agents and LLM-powered workflows into production systems.
- Have experience adopting or leading AI-assisted development tools, such as coding assistants, AI-powered testing, documentation generation, or code generation tools.
- Have established practices for reviewing, validating, and safely incorporating AI-generated code.
- Have experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, web services, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Have experience with QA automation tooling and AI-assisted testing and unit test generation.
- Have experience managing contractors and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, mentor, and support software engineers and QA professionals.
- Plan and execute projects to deliver scalable software that meets business, customer, security, and technical requirements.
- Facilitate responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices for validating AI-generated code and recommendations.
- Implement software functionality, write technical documentation, and participate in design reviews.
- Maintain software quality and security standards.
- Manage bug fixes, product maintenance, production support, and customer escalations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Review code through pull requests, support CI/CD practices, and encourage automated testing.
- Improve engineering processes and quality.
