Requirements
- 3-5 years of content production experience.
- Experience in cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery.
- B2B, SaaS, channel, or MSP experience is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical domains, including cybersecurity, BCDR, and MSP technology.
- Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to translate technical topics into clear, direct copy.
- Portfolio demonstrating technical content, product collateral, or multimedia projects is strongly encouraged.
- Ability to handle light design and video editing independently.
- Strong organizational habits around asset management, file versioning, and folder structure.
- Daily use of modern AI tools, including for image, audio, and video, with judgment about where they are useful.
Responsibilities
- Draft and produce case studies, one-sheets, product explainers, and competitive materials for marketing campaigns and sales enablement.
- Adapt core assets into email, social, web, and sales-deck formats.
- Produce short-form video and multimedia assets, handling light design and video editing and briefing larger projects to external partners.
- Build expertise in BCDR, cybersecurity, and the MSP landscape to translate complex product capabilities into clear content for MSP owners and technical buyers.
- Maintain asset naming, versioning, and folder structures so internal teams can find current materials.
- Use modern AI tools for drafting, research, multimedia production, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Events & Community, RevOps, and agency partners to align content with commercial goals.
