Requirements
- Have a PhD in a STEM field or be currently enrolled in a PhD program.
- Have prior research experience.
- Have prior mentorship experience.
- Have stable internet access.
Responsibilities
- Guide students in designing and conducting STEM research projects.
- Assist with literature reviews, data collection, and analysis.
- Teach the fundamentals of scientific research, methodology, and writing.
- Support students in submitting work to peer-reviewed high school or undergraduate journals.
- Mentor students participating in science competitions or presenting at conferences.
- Provide structured guidance over 10 weekly one-hour mentorship sessions.
