Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Web/Graphic Design or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Provide an online portfolio and specify which work was created independently versus by a team.
- Demonstrate knowledge of mobile design standards and responsive design best practices.
- Apply a user-centered approach to design.
- Be proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Produce organized design files with sensible layer structures and naming.
- Have competency with HTML and CSS.
- Have an eye for detail and consistency.
- Respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback and constructive criticism.
- Have strong organizational skills and be self-motivated.
- Be located within the listed Philippines areas, attend occasional in-person meetings, and maintain a primary DSL, Fiber, or Broadband connection with minimum actual speed of 50MBPS.
Responsibilities
- Understand the brand, products, and users to produce designs in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Brainstorm, sketch, and create mockups of multiple design ideas to meet design requirements and business goals.
- Deliver final UX/UI designs and specifications for developers.
- Design icons and graphic assets for digital channels.
- Partner with Product Managers and eCommerce teams to hypothesize, test, and measure product success.
- Translate business results and testing into concepts and requirements, user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, comps, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research to understand pain points and identify action items from insights.
- Follow and update style guides and pattern libraries to support consistent implementation.
- Advocate for customers and accessibility best practices while working within business requirements and technical constraints.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects, and articulate design decisions.
