Job Details

Bring 15+ years of software engineering experience.
Have deep expertise designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
Have a proven track record architecting and scaling platform systems for multiple downstream products and teams.
Set long-term technical direction while making pragmatic, high-impact execution decisions.
Have extensive experience operating critical, highly available systems.
Apply strong observability, reliability, and performance practices.
Demonstrate exceptional system design skills and ability to debug complex issues across services and architectural boundaries.
Collaborate across functions and influence technical direction beyond immediate teams.
Preferred: Experience building internal developer platforms or broadly adopted shared services.
Preferred: Familiarity with regulated, compliance-heavy, or security-sensitive environments.
Preferred: Track record shaping organization-wide engineering practices, tools, or standards as a recognized technical leader.

Design and steward core platform architectures for scalability, reliability, and long-term resilience.
Drive architectural direction and technical strategy for critical distributed systems.
Lead cross-team technical initiatives with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance.
Mentor engineers and improve system design quality and engineering rigor across teams.
Identify platform-wide technical debt, architectural risks, and systemic bottlenecks.
Influence engineering practices in observability, reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Advise on major technical decisions and long-term platform evolution.
Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence.
