Job Details

Demonstrated experience in business analysis, technical project delivery, consulting, or a related discipline.
Ability to translate complex technical discussions into clear requirements and deliverables.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working with technology or engineering teams.
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, DevTools, repository management, DevSecOps, or related software engineering practices.
Working knowledge of Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, GitHub, or comparable development and repository platforms.
Experience documenting business processes, technical workflows, dependencies, governance standards, decisions, and operational procedures.
Ability to manage project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Hands-on experience with AI tools is highly valued; willingness to experiment, learn, and encourage responsible AI adoption.
Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification is highly preferred.
Ability to work during Central Time Zone business hours.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; C2C arrangements are not available.

Capture, clarify, document, and maintain requirements for CI/CD recovery, repository governance, and curation initiatives.
Translate technical conversations into business and technical requirements, workflows, process documentation, decisions, and deliverables.
Document recovery procedures, governance standards, operational processes, technical dependencies, and future-state workflows.
Track project scope, milestones, risks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, and identify gaps and blockers.
Apply knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Artifactory when documenting processes.
Document standards, controls, ownership structures, and open-source governance processes for repository governance and DevSecOps initiatives.
Support discovery and readiness for potential GitHub and GitHub Actions migrations, including requirements and dependency analysis.
Record decisions, action items, open questions, requirements changes, and scope adjustments to facilitate stakeholder alignment.
Maintain organized and accessible project documentation and use AI tools, including Claude, to improve efficiency and work quality.
