Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Have experience developing AI- and LLM-enabled applications.
- Have a strong software engineering and application development background.
- Have experience supporting solution design, testing, deployment, and integration activities.
- Meet security eligibilities.
- TSA experience is highly desired.
- DHS public trust is strongly preferred and will be prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, define requirements, and establish measurable success criteria.
- Develop and implement solutions using large language models, generative AI, and related technologies.
- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of AI-enabled applications.
- Work with technical and functional teams to incorporate user feedback.
- Transition successful pilots into operational capabilities.
