Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related role.
- Bring hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
- Have experience with review management and local listing accuracy.
- Have working proficiency with Google Search Console.
- Have working proficiency with Google Analytics.
- Be able to interpret marketing data and explain findings to non-technical clients.
- Have professional experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Use editorial judgment to review and quality-check AI-generated content.
- Be able to independently manage multiple client accounts and stay organized with follow-ups.
- Be available to work full-time U.S. Mountain Time hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of local business clients and provide proactive performance updates.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, maintain accurate local listings, and support review-management workflows.
- Monitor local search visibility, rankings, traffic, and performance indicators using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Prepare client-facing reports and explain results and recommendations to non-technical clients.
- Use Claude and ChatGPT to support marketing content, research, and recurring workflows, then review and quality-check the output.
- Identify performance dips, investigate potential causes, coordinate issue resolution, and track issues through completion.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned accounts and follow through on client requests and commitments.
- Identify appropriate additional marketing services, such as Google Ads, based on client needs.
