Requirements
- Have 3+ years of full-stack development experience (recommended).
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (recommended).
- Have a strong foundation in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Have experience with AWS serverless architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Be proficient in Python for ML or algorithmic implementations.
- Have demonstrated experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering.
- Understand AI/ML best practices and limitations and be able to identify opportunities for AI automation.
- Have experience working with distributed teams and driving technical initiatives from conception to completion.
- Be able to prioritize and execute on multiple initiatives and work independently.
- Have experience with customers or external stakeholders and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Have strong written and verbal communication and technical documentation skills.
- Be prepared for workweeks generally expected to be 50–60 hours, with occasional mutually agreed periods of up to 80 hours.
Responsibilities
- Own and architect mission-critical features across the software stack, from React/TypeScript applications to Node.js services.
- Develop and maintain AWS serverless architecture with attention to reliability, performance, and security.
- Design and implement solutions using LLMs and AI technologies to automate workflows and enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with founders to prototype, test, and iterate on product features.
- Work with and support the management of the Philippines-based team for QA testing and collaboration practices.
- Develop approaches that combine LLMs, automation tools, and offshore resources to improve development speed and cost-effectiveness.
- Partner with other departments to identify technical solutions for customer success, sales operations, and marketing automation.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and development approaches.
