Have 5+ years of professional software development experience, focused on backend development.
Have strong professional experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Have experience building low-latency API services in AWS.
Have experience building scalable RESTful APIs and integrating SDKs with other services.
Have experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS).
Have experience building secure multi-tenant environments.
Be comfortable writing raw SQL and managing schema migrations, such as with node-postgres and node-pg-migrate.
Have professional experience with React and the ability to contribute to frontend work when needed.
Have strong testing practices, including integration tests against real databases and failure-mode/fault-injection testing.
Have experience using AI coding assistants as part of daily development.
Have CI/CD application creation and maintenance skills.
Have a substantial background working with large, complex systems.
Be able to overlap US business hours.
Have a bachelor's degree.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for deliverables, client-focused commitment to team commitments, and attention to detail.

Build low-latency API services in AWS.
Build scalable RESTful APIs and SDK integrations to other services.
Develop secure multi-tenant environments.
Work with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security, raw SQL, and schema migrations.
Contribute to frontend work with React when needed.
Write integration tests against real databases and conduct failure-mode/fault-injection testing.
Create and maintain CI/CD applications.
