Requirements
- Have experience in technical support, sales, customer service, and banking at a credit union or banking institution.
- Have experience with consumer loan applications and processing.
- Have experience with account opening and teller transactions.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment.
Responsibilities
- Recommend FFCU financial products and services to members based on their needs.
- Process and manage member accounts and open new and sub-accounts.
- Process, manage, and make decisions on consumer loan applications according to lending policies and underwriting guidelines.
- Process and manage credit and debit cards.
- Troubleshoot and research member-services technology issues, respond to inquiries, and provide training.
- Coordinate member requests for investments, mortgages, business loans, and insurance with other employees and departments.
- Participate in special projects and perform other assignments as needed.
- Occasionally travel to meetings, conferences, training, or other work-related events.
