Requirements
- Have eight to ten years of successful sales experience, preferably in premium seating, sports, live entertainment, hospitality, venue operations, or B2B sales.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrate a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, revenue targets, and key performance indicators.
- Have experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications, and other sales technology tools.
- Be able to manage pipelines, maintain accurate records, and generate performance reports.
- Bring experience managing partner relationships and supporting partner success in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate coaching and mentoring abilities to develop sales teams through structured guidance and practical training.
- Have verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Be able to build collaborative relationships across teams and venues while maintaining accountability for regional sales outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales planning, strategy, and execution across assigned venues and regional markets to achieve premium revenue targets.
- Implement standardized sales, service, and management playbooks with local sales directors and venue leadership.
- Guide local teams in outreach strategies, sales narratives, prospect qualification, and closing opportunities.
- Coach teams on sales and service techniques, follow-up, product positioning, and customer engagement.
- Support adoption of CRM platforms, outreach tools, and consistent data standards with revenue systems specialists.
- Coordinate with revenue marketing teams on campaigns that support sales strategies and venue revenue objectives.
- Identify sales execution gaps, staffing requirements, training opportunities, and venue-specific challenges, and develop practical solutions.
- Monitor and report performance against premium revenue goals for assigned venues, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Share regional insights, successful strategies, and lessons learned with sales performance leadership.
- Build working relationships with venue partners, internal stakeholders, and regional leadership, and collaborate with marketing, revenue systems, and data teams.
