Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant professional experience, a master's degree and at least three years, or a PhD and at least one year; candidates without a degree may qualify with nine years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate experience managing IT projects or programs involving multiple functional organizations, including business operations, IT, cybersecurity, and engineering.
- Have strong knowledge of project management principles, enterprise information systems, resource planning, and technology implementation practices.
- Be able to develop project plans, coordinate resources, manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver complex initiatives within established timelines and requirements.
- Have experience coordinating technical and business activities across the project lifecycle, from requirements and planning through testing, deployment, and operational adoption.
- Bring strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Experience supporting cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, or security-focused IT programs.
- Preferred: Experience managing data migrations, performance metrics, dashboards, testing, training, or deployment initiatives.
- Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise systems supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or procurement.
- Preferred: Experience with project management platforms such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Planisware, Post Grey, or ServiceNow.
- Approximately 10% travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex IT projects involving enterprise resource management systems, resource forecasting tools, and related business applications.
- Develop project execution plans, define objectives and deliverables, allocate resources, and establish team roles and responsibilities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate the information systems delivery lifecycle, including solution design, development, cybersecurity, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
- Provide project management guidance and technical direction using established methodologies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, security specialists, engineering groups, and external stakeholders to resolve challenges.
- Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders and facilitate decisions.
- Develop change management and business readiness strategies, including communications, training, and user adoption initiatives.
- Support data migration, reporting, metrics dashboards, system testing, and deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve project governance, delivery processes, and enterprise technology solutions.
