Requirements
- Bring 4–6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Have experience in a professional services or client-facing environment ideally.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Be proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Bring a Netsuite ERP and SPP background as a plus.
- Have familiarity with financial reporting systems.
- Have a strong understanding of revenue forecasting, client profitability, and financial modeling.
- Communicate and present effectively, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have solid organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned client accounts, supporting client leads with budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
- Develop financial models to track client revenue, expenses, and margins in alignment with contract terms and scopes of work.
- Review Client Statements of Work (SOWs) and pricing proposals, providing financial guidance to help meet profitability targets.
- Monitor revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts at the client level.
