- Have at least one year of multi-site leadership experience.
- Be proficient in MS Office applications.
- Be able to obtain a Missouri Agent ID card.
- Have interpersonal skills and the ability to influence people and interact across organizational levels.
- Be detail-oriented, with an eye for process optimization.
- Be able to manage competing responsibilities, prioritize projects and deadlines, and handle conflicts.
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment and high-stress situations.
- Be able to work seven days per week, including holidays, if needed.
- Cannabis experience is strongly preferred.
- Be able to meet the role's physical demands, including standing, sitting, squatting, climbing, lifting, and handling products with team assistance when over 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Achieve retail store sales targets and KPIs.
- Engage and retain talent through weekly check-ins with GMs and bi-weekly skip-level meetings with AGMs and Retail Leads.
- Execute retail store strategies and initiatives with the Retail Operations Manager and Director of Retail.
- Drive the customer experience across dispensaries.
- Review and audit schedules to improve efficiency and control payroll.
- Coordinate with operations, security, purchasing, cultivation, and compliance teams on operations, shrink controls, and compliance.
- Work with senior leadership and HR on succession planning and developing future leaders.
- Manage full P&L and store activity across personnel, operations, visual merchandising, sales, KPIs, and customer experience.
- Coach, mentor, and lead store teams by example.
- Travel regularly to stores, provide visit summaries, and follow up weekly with the Director of Retail.
