Requirements
- Meet one of the listed licensure requirements with no history of disciplinary action.
- Hold a Multi-State Compact Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license; or a master's degree in a behavioral health-related field with a professional license from Louisiana and an additional independent Kentucky license; or one of the specified professional licenses.
- Specified licenses include LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, and Licensed Psychologist.
- Have 3+ years of post-degree clinical experience in direct patient care.
- Have 3+ years of behavioral health experience.
- Be proficient with MS Office.
- Be able to navigate multiple systems and platforms and troubleshoot general technical issues in a remote environment.
- Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time, with flexibility for an Eastern Time schedule and occasional weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination, documentation, and communication of medical services and benefit administration determinations.
- Interpret criteria, policies, and procedures using clinical knowledge and independent critical thinking.
- Determine appropriate courses of action for member treatment, care, and services.
- Coordinate and communicate with providers, members, and other parties to facilitate care and treatment.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures while making decisions about own work methods.
