Requirements

  • Be a native speaker of the target locale.
  • Have experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
  • Have access to a home recording setup.
  • Have recording software and a professional digital audio workstation with software and plugins.
  • Have a microphone, headset or speakers, and an audio interface.
  • Record in a treated, quiet space free from background noise, music, clicks, and muffling.
  • Be able to follow specific technical recording requirements.
  • Be able to provide demo, sample recordings, or voiceover samples.
  • Be comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight delivery deadlines.
  • Be open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning or TTS training.
  • Provide a natural, clear, conversational voice with a moderate pace and natural pauses.

Responsibilities

  • Record voice content while retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and word emphasis.
  • Follow project-specific technical requirements for volume, file naming, format, segment gaps, and audio quality.
  • Provide demo, sample recordings, or voiceover samples.
  • Meet tight delivery deadlines on fast-turnaround projects.
  • License your voice for AI voice cloning or TTS training when engaged.
