Requirements
- Know the digital LATAM market.
- Be fluent in Spanish; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
- Have 4+ years of business development or relevant experience, including account management, contract negotiations, or marketing.
- Have experience in sales or account management with enterprise clients.
- Have a proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
- Bring experience in business development.
- Affiliate marketing or performance marketing experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to push back constructively.
- Be comfortable leading client-facing presentations.
- Hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-potential publisher relationships and optimize partnerships to grow department and client revenue.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with top publishers and identify opportunities to improve client growth and return on investment.
- Research new partnership opportunities based on client needs, industry changes, and SimilarWeb.
- Update department relationship and client-approved placement trackers.
- Create and execute recruitment and paid placement strategies, including timelines, outreach, campaign setup, and commission changes.
- Negotiate placement terms and coordinate communications with partners.
- Align strategies with client goals and KPIs, adapting plans and expectations as needed.
- Pitch data-supported opportunities to clients and respond to objections with alternatives.
- Manage client calls and communicate progress toward goals.
