Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with Order Management systems; Salesforce OM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes.
- Proven track record of successful OM projects.
- Advanced knowledge of OM architecture and functionality.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect Salesforce OM solutions aligned with client business requirements.
- Lead implementation of Salesforce OM systems and integrate them with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and junior architects.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and propose solutions.
- Oversee multiple Salesforce OM projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project success.
- Track Salesforce OM updates and industry best practices, and implement process improvements.
- Contribute reusable components and templates.
