Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Software Developer or AI Engineer.

Have an academic degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Have at least 1 year of experience as a Software Developer or AI Engineer.
Have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
Be able to communicate with customers and meet demanding deadlines.
Conversational automated dialog system experience, in voice or chat, or production-level NLU/NLP experience is a plus.
Experience fine-tuning or training NLP/LLM models is a plus.
Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG is a plus.
Knowledge of Java 17 is a strong asset.
Experience consuming web services, including REST and SOAP, is a plus.
Experience with SQL databases, GitLab, CI/CD processes, or the Spring Framework is a plus.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Build product features and fix bugs for the Drive-Thru Voice AI solution, including testing and deploying releases.
Integrate the solution with client systems as required.
Prototype AI features and fine-tune LLMs for voice ordering, turning promising prototypes into production solutions.
Review real drive-thru dialogs, assess performance, and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and user experience.
Work with customers and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement application logic.
Shift effort across engineering, AI/LLM development, conversation analysis, and customer work as project needs change.
