Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of experience managing paid social media and working as a hands-on trader.
- Have experience managing client performance marketing or advertising activities across multiple social platforms.
- Have strong knowledge of social platforms and the data used to measure campaign performance.
- Be proficient with social media buying platforms such as Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, and X Ads.
- Understand the functionality, strategies, and best practices of major social platforms.
- Have project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Be able to prioritize and manage detailed budgets.
- Be able to build relationships with internal teams.
- Pharma or healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Meta Blueprint, X Ads Academy/Twitter Flight School, and Google certifications are a plus.
- Work-related diversity, equity, and inclusion involvement is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and client peers on strategic solutions to business and communications challenges.
- Lead paid social media across several healthcare accounts as part of an integrated team.
- Plan, set up, create, QA, optimize, and manage social media campaigns and their performance.
- Maintain knowledge of social platforms and trends to guide account teams.
- Create and help present media plans that translate business objectives and strategies into campaign plans.
- Advise internal teams and clients on creative and placement optimization and paid social best practices.
- Provide input on KPIs and partner with analytics teams to develop measurement approaches.
- Monitor ad platform budgets, maintain flowcharts, and review and approve campaigns in MediaOcean/Prisma.
- Share recommendations on research, campaign results, industry trends, innovation, and competitive pressures.
- Use data and analytics to inform trading strategies and campaign management.
