- Have experience in an in-house creative or agency setting.
- Understand paid social creative workflows from brief and concepting through production, review, approval, and launch.
- Have organizational and project management skills, including the ability to turn complex projects into actionable steps.
- Have experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and production teams.
- Be comfortable managing spreadsheets, timelines, and budgets.
- Have working knowledge of Airtable, Figma, and G-Drive.
- Show attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate paid social creative production logistics for the Body/weightloss pillar, including timelines, assets, and vendor and freelancer onboarding.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and feedback loops across paid social workflows with project managers.
- Support creative resource allocation for Body/weightloss paid social campaigns.
- Check that the correct creative assets, copy, formats, specifications, and versions are approved and delivered for launch.
- Partner with Creative Directors, Marketing, and Growth teams to align on priorities, status updates, and feedback cycles.
- Contribute processes and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across paid social work.
- Maintain project trackers, production calendars, and reporting dashboards for creative workflows.
- Keep communication flowing between teams and identify potential blockers early.
