Requirements
- Have 5 years of Python development experience, using pandas, requests, openpyxl, and regex as daily tools.
- Have solid Snowflake SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and write operations.
- Have REST API experience, including OAuth2, pagination, rate limiting, and JSON/XML parsing.
- Be able to build and ship a full-stack web application using Flask or FastAPI with an HTML/JS frontend.
- Have AWS fundamentals, including S3 read/write and Lambda or EC2 execution.
- Have experience with Secrets Manager or Parameter Store.
- Have production engineering experience using LLMs such as Claude, Copilot, or GPT-4 as active co-authors.
- Have hands-on experience directing agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Devin.
- Be comfortable rebuilding logic from existing workflow documentation.
- Be proficient with Git, including branching, PRs, and versioned releases.
Responsibilities
- Build Python pipelines and workflows in Snowflake.
- Integrate REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, rate limiting, and JSON/XML parsing.
- Build and ship web applications using a Python backend and HTML/JS frontend.
- Develop web-based self-service applications to replace 40+ Alteryx Gallery applications.
- Work across applications used daily by five internal teams.
