Requirements
- Have 5+ years of progressive executive support experience, including direct support of C-suite or senior executives.
- Demonstrate experience independently managing complex calendars, travel, meeting preparation, communications, and competing priorities.
- Bring experience in professional services, consulting, legal, financial services, another complex client-service environment, or a high-growth environment.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to operate independently with limited day-to-day direction.
- Show discretion when handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Be able to support standard working hours of 8:30am–5:30pm EST, with flexibility as needed to support senior leadership.
- Experience simultaneously supporting multiple senior executives is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting board-level or C-suite executives, or working in a PE-backed or scaling organization, is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to members of the Executive Leadership Team across multiple executives.
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across geographies and time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries and last-minute changes.
- Prepare executives for meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, context, logistics, and follow-up.
- Manage expense reporting, administrative documentation, correspondence, and internal communications.
- Anticipate executive priorities and manage competing demands with sound judgment.
- Support planning and tracking of key initiatives and business objectives, and follow through on action items.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders and teams across the UK, US, and globally.
- Support special projects and transformation initiatives as required.
