Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, business development, client strategy, or a related field.
- Have client-facing experience.
- Bring direct agency experience; this is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate commercial instincts and the ability to identify broader opportunities within existing client needs.
- Build relationships and connect people and expertise across teams.
- Work effectively in a fast-moving environment where client and commercial needs can shift quickly.
- Have strong research, project management, and organizational skills.
- Write clearly and turn complex ideas into persuasive, client-ready materials.
- Coordinate multiple subject matter experts and priorities under tight deadlines.
- Be comfortable using AI tools, including ChatGPT, to improve research, writing, and workflows.
- Work collaboratively and proactively across teams and areas of expertise.
Responsibilities
- Advance expansion, renewal, and extension opportunities across existing clients.
- Work with client leads to identify opportunities based on client needs, priorities, relationship context, and existing work.
- Develop opportunities into client-ready recommendations and integrated strategies.
- Identify and convene the right capabilities and subject matter experts across the firm.
- Assess opportunity urgency and facilitate progress from client need to recommendation, team, scope, and pricing.
- Conduct client, industry, and competitive research to strengthen recommendations.
- Manage pricing and scoping requests and help ensure recommendations are commercially sound.
- Manage and route Client Desk requests, connecting client leads with relevant resources and expertise.
- Facilitate account planning, renewal planning, and other initiatives to grow existing client relationships.
- Use AI and emerging tools to strengthen research, writing, and Client Management workflows.
