Requirements
- Have upper mid-level to senior professional software engineering experience.
- Bring full-stack experience and willingness to build what the problem requires.
- Have strong TypeScript skills.
- Have experience with a backend language such as Java or C#.
- Have system design experience, ideally as the go-to architect for a complex system.
- Already use AI coding tools such as Claude Code as part of your work.
- Have experience discovering client needs and turning them into well-designed solutions.
- Have experience owning problems end to end and understanding enterprise-client needs.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience building LLM-powered features in production is a nice to have.
- Experience building software for enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industries, is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features for new and existing AI-powered products.
- Work with clients and product colleagues to understand needs and design solutions.
- Own technical design for complex parts of the system and make architecture decisions that scale.
- Use AI tools such as Claude Code in daily engineering work while applying engineering judgement to maintain quality.
- Balance speed with the security, reliability, and data protection expected by enterprise clients.
- Contribute to engineering-team practices, including code review and knowledge sharing.
