Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, relationship management, client delivery, consulting, or another client-facing role.
- Bring preferred experience in financial services, insurance, InsureTech, FinTech, wealth management, or a related industry.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage complex client relationships and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Have experience developing and executing account plans and client engagement strategies.
- Be able to analyze client health, identify business needs, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Bring consultative problem-solving and client service capabilities.
- Have strong organizational, project management, and coordination capabilities, including managing multiple priorities.
- Be able to collaborate across departments and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Be willing to travel as needed for client meetings, business reviews, conferences, and team events.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned client accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day engagement.
- Develop and execute account plans to improve satisfaction, product utilization, relationship strength, retention, and account health.
- Conduct client meetings, business reviews, and proactive outreach to understand evolving business priorities.
- Analyze client health, platform adoption, business objectives, and utilization trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead platform onboarding, implementation support, training, and adoption efforts.
- Coordinate escalated client issues with Product, Client Delivery, Production Support, and other internal teams.
- Support retention, growth, renewal, and commercial discussions by identifying expansion opportunities and coordinating stakeholders.
- Communicate client feedback, business needs, operational challenges, and product enhancement opportunities internally.
- Maintain account plans, client activity records, notes, and other required information in Salesforce and approved systems.
