Requirements
- Have 2-4 years of experience as a software engineer or developer, focused on backend development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python.
- Have strong experience with databases, SQL, and database optimization techniques.
- Have experience working with microservices architecture.
- Be familiar with API design principles and RESTful services.
- Hold a BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical area, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Have English language proficiency.
- Understand the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Bring problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Be able to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement server-side applications using Python.
- Write complex SQL queries using Trino to gather analytics data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain microservices for the platform.
- Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality.
- Write efficient, reusable code that follows best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews to ensure a high-quality codebase.
- Develop end-to-end integration tests to verify system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in backend systems.
- Stay up to date with technologies and industry trends.
