Requirements
- Have experience in customer service or support.
- Communicate clearly and in a friendly manner in written and spoken English.
- Have experience with a helpdesk tool such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
- Take a calm approach when handling complaints.
- Be able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
- Live chat tool experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is a plus.
- Previous work with UK customers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer queries by email, chat, and phone.
- Log and track cases in the helpdesk system.
- Resolve issues or escalate them with clear notes.
- Process orders, returns, and account changes.
- Share feedback that helps improve the service.
