- At least 5 years of clinical experience
Requirements
- Hold an advanced scientific or clinical degree: PhD, MD, NP, PA, or CGC.
- Have at least 5 years of clinical experience.
- Bring an advanced understanding of tumor biology and molecular testing, or related working experience.
- Urology or radiation oncology-focused clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior experience as an MSL introducing a novel clinical assay is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written presentation skills for audiences with varying levels of scientific, clinical, and healthcare knowledge.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills in building rapport, probing, situational awareness, and adapting communication and content to audience needs.
- Be willing and able to travel within the defined region and be located near a major airport.
- Bring an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter approach and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical product education to customers and field teams to support understanding and adoption of diagnostics.
- Serve as a scientific and clinical resource on company products and associated disease states.
- Provide internal and external educational support across the organization.
- Support development of speaker programs and educational materials.
- Create presentation slides and support online educational events.
- Partner with the sales team and cross-functional colleagues to address customer and educational needs.
- Conduct client-facing activities in person and remotely, with approximately 70% of time devoted to these activities.
- Travel to cover key customers and support field teams across multiple states.
