Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic leadership, business development, or product/go-to-market strategy.
- Have experience specifically within a clinical software/SaaS/PaaS environment.
- Demonstrate a track record of leadership that combines high-level strategy with detailed execution and project management.
- Have strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex operational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- CTMS go-to-market strategy or implementation experience is preferred.
- Understand clinical research workflows across sites, sponsors, and CROs.
- Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory or compliance considerations in clinical trial technology is preferred.
- An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption and usage of Veeva Vault CTMS among life sciences companies.
- Advise executive stakeholders on the value of a unified CTMS for trial oversight, monitoring efficiency, resource management, and operational compliance.
- Partner with sales teams to define target accounts, educate customers, and support strategic sales cycles.
- Represent Veeva at industry events, conferences, and executive customer meetings.
- Work with Product Management, Marketing, and Services to refine positioning and messaging.
- Shape the CTMS roadmap based on market demand and support seamless delivery and customer success.
- Gather customer feedback on trial management pain points and identify emerging trends in decentralized trials and risk-based monitoring.
- Provide actionable market insights to improve the CTMS product and business strategy.
