Requirements
- Have 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic leadership, business development, or product/go-to-market strategy.
- Bring experience in a clinical software/SaaS/PaaS environment.
- Demonstrate a track record of combining high-level strategy with detailed execution and project management.
- Have strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex operational and technical concepts to technical teams, clinical operations leaders, and C-level executives.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred: experience leading go-to-market strategy or implementation for Clinical Trial Management Systems.
- Preferred: understanding of study startup, monitoring, and trial close-out.
- Preferred: experience with clinical research site, sponsor, and CRO operational workflows.
- Preferred: familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory or compliance considerations in clinical trial technology.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption and usage of Veeva Vault CTMS among life sciences companies.
- Advise executive stakeholders on the value of a unified CTMS for trial oversight, monitoring efficiency, resource management, and operational compliance.
- Partner with sales teams to define target accounts, educate customers, support strategic sales cycles, and help achieve revenue goals.
- Represent Veeva at industry events, conferences, and executive customer meetings.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Services to refine positioning and messaging and shape the CTMS roadmap.
- Gather customer feedback, identify emerging trends in decentralized trials and risk-based monitoring, and provide insights for product and business strategy.
