Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience; management consulting experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to win and deliver consulting engagements worth $1M or more.
- Have deep Quality domain knowledge, with a strong focus on Quality Control.
- Understand the Life Sciences landscape comprehensively.
- Have extensive experience managing multiple project teams.
- Have experience managing senior-level customer relationships.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Knowledge of Veeva products is a plus.
- Experience delivering SaaS or technology-enabled consulting solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Veeva Business Consulting’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining accountability for delivery across multiple teams.
- Own business development for Quality Control and architect and win key deals exceeding $1M.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams and support their professional growth and delivery standards.
- Develop and champion thought leadership in Quality Control.
- Advise executive-level QC stakeholders and use Veeva data and software to address their challenges.
- Transform customer laboratory networks with Veeva LIMS, including operating models, organizational change, and business-value measurement.
