Requirements
- Have 10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience; Management Consulting is preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to win and deliver consulting engagements exceeding $1M.
- Bring deep domain knowledge in Content Operating Models.
- Bring expertise in Med/Legal/Reg Review and Content Strategy.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape.
- Have extensive experience managing multiple project teams.
- Have experience managing senior-level customer relationships.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Knowledge of Veeva products is a plus.
- Experience delivering SaaS or tech-enabled consulting solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining accountability across multiple teams.
- Lead and own business development for the Global Content Practice, architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams, supporting professional growth and delivery standards.
- Develop and champion thought leadership in Content Operating Models.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders and use Veeva data and software to address customer challenges.
