Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience; management consulting experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to win and deliver consulting engagements exceeding $1M.
- Bring deep knowledge of healthcare data sets, including claims, engagement, and reference data.
- Understand Life Sciences analytics use cases such as segmentation and targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape.
- Have extensive experience managing multiple project teams.
- Have experience managing senior-level customer relationships.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Knowledge of Veeva products is a plus.
- Previous analyst-level work and working knowledge of SQL and/or Python are a plus.
- Experience delivering SaaS or technology-enabled consulting solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Veeva Business Consulting’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining accountability across multiple teams.
- Lead and own business development for Global Analytics, architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams and oversee their professional growth and delivery standards.
- Develop and champion thought leadership in Global Analytics.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders and use Veeva data and software to address their critical challenges.
