Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting; Business or Management Consulting is preferred.
- Demonstrate expertise with healthcare data sets, including claims, engagement, and reference data.
- Know industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation and targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment.
- Be proficient in SQL and able to quickly master new tools as needed.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
- Articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Knowledge of Veeva products is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python is a plus.
- Experience delivering SaaS or tech-enabled consulting solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams end-to-end, ensuring high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
- Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s data and software insights.
- Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within the workstream.
- Contribute to business development and internal IP creation.
