Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD), other non-consulting work, or Veteran/Military Service.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of SQL, Python, or a comparable coding language.
- Bring strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Use an analytical approach to find insights in numbers and other data.
- Apply problem-solving skills to anticipate issues, analyze them, and proactively find solutions.
- Be willing to travel up to 20% of the time per year.
- Be willing to work in an intense, challenging program and environment.
- Demonstrate a high work ethic, integrity, and honesty.
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver customer engagement components, including customer communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and timeline management.
- Use data and analytics to deliver insights and business solutions powered by Veeva’s Data Cloud.
- Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating and engagement models, processes, and analytics.
