Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of management consulting experience focused on Consumer Products.
- Demonstrate the ability to win and deliver consulting engagements worth $1M or more.
- Have deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the Consumer Goods landscape.
- Have extensive experience managing multiple project teams.
- Have experience managing relationships with senior-level customers.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Knowledge of Veeva products is a plus.
- Experience delivering SaaS or technology-enabled consulting solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Veeva Business Consulting’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining accountability across multiple teams.
- Own business development for the Quality Practice in Consumer Products and architect and win key deals exceeding $1M.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams and support their professional growth and delivery standards.
- Develop and champion thought leadership in Quality for Consumer Products.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders, using Veeva data and software to address their critical challenges.
